What to include

Writing from the email address on your account, and telling us your school’s name, saves a round trip. If something went wrong, the approximate time it happened and what you were doing lets us find it in the logs.

Specific requests

• Billing or refunds — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy, then email us.
• Data access or deletion — see the Privacy Policy. Email us from the account address and we will action it.
• Security issues — email us with the detail. Please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
