Questions schools actually ask

What happens when the trial ends?: If your school fits the free plan — up to 15 teachers and 8 classes — nothing happens. You carry on building, generating, publishing and printing, free, for ever. If your school is larger, the account becomes view-only: you can still sign in and read everything you built, and nothing is deleted, but editing and generating pause until you subscribe.
What is not in the free plan?: The daily cover module (marking a teacher absent and finding substitutes), share links for staff, the WhatsApp pack and Excel exports. PDF printing is not one of them — a free plan you cannot print from is a demo, so every class, teacher, room and master PDF is included at no cost.
Is this a recurring payment?: Yes. Both plans set up a repeating mandate — UPI Autopay or a card — that charges automatically each period until you cancel. We say so at checkout too, because you should never be surprised by a charge.
Can I cancel?: Any time, from the billing screen. Future charges stop and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if a payment fails?: You get a 7-day grace period during which everything keeps working, and we tell you clearly inside the product so you are never locked out on the morning you needed the timetable.
Is GST charged?: No. SoftwareWale is not registered under GST, so no tax is added and none appears on your invoice. The price shown is the total amount charged. Your invoice carries a line saying so, which saves your accounts department asking us for a GST number.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?: Yes, and you will not pay twice. Switching cancels the monthly mandate and starts the annual one from the end of the month you have already paid for, so the two never overlap.
